What delivery options do you offer?

Dependent on location, customers can choose from:

 

 - standard delivery from 2-5 working days 

 - next working day delivery -  (order by 4pm Mon-Fri)

 - By 10am next working day - (order by 4pm Mon-Fri)

 - By 12pm next working day - (order by 4pm Mon-Fri)

Do you offer timed delivery slots?

Yes, dependent on delivery location, timed next day delivery options are available.  Delivery options for your area are calculated at checkout. 

Is it kerbside delivery?

Premises must be accessible to an articulated vehicle as all products are delivered on a tail lift truck, kerbside delivery only is available.  Please make sure a forklift is available on-site to receive your delivery and position it

What are your delivery hours?

Standard delivery window is 09:00 - 16:30hrs Mon-Fri.  If you have specific delivery requirements, please get in touch with us using the form above as further charges may apply for failed deliveries.

Do you charge a deposit for an IBC?

We do not charge a deposit for the IBC provided it is returned in good condition.  The IBC remains the property of additivesnextday.co.uk and must be returned either when exchanged for a replacement IBC, or by booking a FREE collection using our IBC returns page.
