We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with the product that you purchase from us. If in the event that you are not, we will gladly accept the return of any unused item within 30 days from the date of purchase and issue a full refund provided that:

• The item is returned to ourselves in its original packaging and condition.
• The product or its container has not been used or opened and all seals remain in tact

Returned goods must be:

• in their original packaging,
• and in a condition suitable for resale.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@additivesnextday.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
