Shipping

All AdBlue products are held in stock and can be delivered next day if required. Orders should be placed by 4pm for next working day delivery; if after 4pm, the order will be delivered within 2 working days.

In all cases shipping is calculated per item by postcode and time of delivery. A delivery calculator is provided on the basket page to give guidance on the total cost of delivery for your selected items.

Normal Delivery Window 09:00 - 16:30hrs - Mon-Friday.

📍 Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas
Certain remote postcode regions may incur additional delivery charges.  These charges cover the extra logistical costs associated with delivering to non-mainland or remote areas.  Any such fees will be displayed at checkout once your delivery postcode is entered.

⏱ Delivery Times
Standard Orders: Typically delivered within 2 working days after dispatch.         Next Day Orders: If order is placed by 4pm it will be delivered next working day

🚚 Delivery Areas
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses, as well as islands and highland regions (with applicable surcharges).
For deliveries outside these areas, please contact our customer service team.

🔄 Re-Delivery Policy
If the delivery address provided at checkout is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@additivesnextday.co.uk to amend it before dispatch.

If your order is addressed incorrectly, or has multiple failed delivery attempts, we must wait for it to be returned to us before re-shipping.  Re-delivery will be charged at the standard rate for your postcode.
